Pew Cones

Pew cones simply decorate the wedding aisle. Here is directions on how to make your own for your or someone else's wedding. Supples you will need is in the following: -Embossed, paintable, unpasted wallpaper. -Hot-glue gun and glue -Silver or gold spray paint -Hole punch -Ribbon or cord for hanging -Flowers, in water/floral pick Directions: 1. Cut strips of wallpaper to 8 1/2 inches tall by 9 inches long. It's ok to make these larger or smaller, depending on the scale of your pews or chairs. 2. With the embossed (textured) size facing outward, take one corner and roll the wallpaper diagonally, toward the opposite corner, 3. Secure the edge with hot glue. Watch your fingers! 4. Spray paint the cone with metalli paint. Let it dry. You may need more than one coat. 5. Punch a hole into the top of the cone, about 1 inch from the top point. 6. Attach the ribbon or cord to hang the cone on a pew. 7. Insert your flowers. They should be in a water/floral pick to keep the paper cone from getting wet. 8.
